| Don't expect them to roll out the Red Carpet for you at this hotel ... front desk clerks seem bored and bothered ... could use a little course on how far a genuine smile can go with a guest. Also, bring your own pillows; they have the strangest 'half' pillows and they are quiet uncomfortable. Otherwise, the room/suite is fine and the breakfast ladies are so nice. The 'happy hour' was a pleasant surprise, even though your choice is a white wine, red wine or beer ... still it was a nice gesture. We will probably stay here again, but we'll bring pillows and would be just fine to check ourselves in ... rather than visit the front desk ... may as well put up a kiosk in the lobby. |

| This hotel met all my expectations. The double beds suite allowed 3 separate beds for our family (2 doubles & a sofa bed). The pool & jacuzzi were great, the made-to-order omelet was delicious, coffee available at all times in lobby, and grounds were beautifully kept up with flowers. |

| Nice hotel, a little coulture shock as I am from northern idaho and I have never seen so many brown people. we were the only caucasians in the place. it was friendy and nice and we felt very safe. I would stay there again! |

| Our room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable & the cook-to-order breakfast was a big hit. We were very pleased with our stay, especially for $82 a night. |

| Breakfast was very good and made to order. Hacienda style architecture and well kept gardens made the surroundings very nice. Bed very comfortable and furniture well made. Overall very nice for short stays. |

| For a large hotel, the Quality Suites was very nicely kept. The location was very good. The affordablility was great. The grounds were lovely and my room was comfortable!

| This facility is a very nice place for a stay, great accomodations, beautiful grounds, nice neighborhood but......they have the most uncomforable pillows I have ever slept on......a good night;s rest..NOT! Unless they ungrade to larger and more comfortable pillows think twice about staying here!! |
