| We had a hard time finding the hotel, so that was the only ding against an otherwise good experience. We had to pay $11 for self-park, but it was nearby and NOT in the dreaded parking structure! The bed was excellent, the hotel neat/clean/smokefree. Everyone rates the cookies.......they are good. Refer in the room, good size TV, nice little coffee maker (not like the junkers in some places) for 2 quick cups. No coffee or water in the lobby, though. Cheerful staff. All good, just locate it on the map before searching with a GPS. |

| Wonderful stay, incredible service. Some negative experiences with maintenance of hotel-the only thing that seemed sub-par- were happily resolved by the staff or were just not very serious/troublesome. Would happily stay here again. Specifically, the issues were: first room given did not open -assumed something was wrong with key and ended up going up and down elevator with luggage three times before I realized I wasn't being dense and it was not the keys not working-the door just does not open for whatever reason-should have been checked on prior to giving out a room. Pretty big issue considering my crazy luggage-but happily resolved with complimentary breakfast for this. 2) needed to be ready for important interview and prep hair - bathroom outlets were not stable and plug kept falling out, so I had to do this at the desk which has poorer (non-bathroom) lighting. Not a big deal. |

| すべてのスタッフが笑顔で感じがよく親切だった。
シャトルバスも希望した時間に送迎してくれて非常に便利。
チェックイン時にクッキーをくれるのだが結構おいしい。
また利用したいと思う。 |
