Very friendly and courteous staff, older decor (needs updating,) they have an elevator, not the best neighborhood, a drive to Disney.

The hotel is on Harbor Blvd so it's a quick 5-10 minutes from food/Disneyland/Convention center so you can't complain about the location. Other than that, the place wasn't much to brag about if talk about at all. The front desk is very abrupt with answering calls from rooms. I called twice: once to get the wireless user name/password and once to ask when checkout was. Both times the phone was hung up on the other end before I got a chance to say bye. I managed to get a handicapped room, not sure how that happened but the room was quite spacious. The sheets had weird clear stains on them but the bed was comfortable (the pillows weren't). For the money it wasn't bad. I didn't use the microwave and fridge in the room but I'm sure they both worked. Oh lastly: bring your own shampoo because the shampoo they give you in a little plastic container (like sample toothpaste but old school) took me 10 minutes to open while in the shower. Waste of my life...

Overall, the hotel was just fine for 1 night stay.
